Bisbee Ventures One, LLC began with purpose of renovating a former golf course property near Bisbee, Arizona, located in an opportunity zone, into a RV and camping park, with the design for and focus towards developing a music venue, restaurant, bar, and additional amenities (“Camp Riff”).
Camp Riff is the creation of a destination bar, restaurant, campground, RV park and music venue 15 minutes from Old Bisbee, a popular tourist destination in Southern Arizona. It will include a 5,000-person amphitheater that will accommodate both local acts and touring groups. The park will also include 141 RV spaces with hookups, 173 dry camping sites (spaces without hookups) that can be increased to 500+- sites during special events.
